They are a group of full-service medical communication agencies with additional specialist consultancies who provide the world’s leading biotech, pharma and healthcare businesses with professional market access and strategic consultancy services. They are currently hiring a Account Manager to work across multiple publication accounts and act as a lead with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team across a full spectrum of medical communications projects
- Build and maintain a successful relationship between the business and clients
- Mentor junior colleagues and ensure consistent growth
- Identify advancement and new business opportunities
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and commercial acumen
- Provide strategic insight and motivate accounts/project teams
Qualifications:
- Publications experience required
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
- 4 years of experience in a medical communications agency
- Ability to mentor junior members
- Experience in supporting new business initiatives and launches
