Meet is proudly partnered with an independent, full-service pharmaceutical advertising agency based in NYC! They are an expanding agency with an exciting office environment space, and as such, they are looking for equally enthusiastic individuals looking to work on exciting projects.
They are seeking to hire a Account Supervisor/Group Account Supervisor as a valuable new addition to their Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have healthcare advertising experience as well as excellent client services skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple key accounts.
- Manage a growing team of account managers, leveraging a strong technical background to provide guidance and support for junior members.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients while leveraging market trends, key stakeholders, and other industry knowledge.
- Ensure that projects are strategically aligned, timely, and in accordance with the established budget; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to close gaps and resolve shortcomings.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends.
- Collaborate with line manager on strategic capabilities to service the brand’s needs.
- Attend all client meetings and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience at a pharma advertising agency is required.
- Must be able to commute to NYC office on a hybrid basis - 2x per week.
- A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience with both HCP and DTC is required.
- AOR, strategy, and launch experience is preferred.
