Clinical Trial Manager (Contractor) - 6 months contract
The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) Contractor will support the Director of Clinical Operations in the efficient execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing study timelines, budgets, vendors, and site performance.
*Candidates must have strong experience in Phase II/III Oncology trials

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical trials, including vendor and site management, patient enrollment, and data accuracy.
- Develop and review study documents, support EDC/IXRS processes, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
- Coordinate with CROs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, track performance, and ensure timely study delivery.
- Mentor junior team members, organize meetings, and contribute to process improvements and quality management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in clinical trials, with 3+ years in trial management in oncology.
- Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines, clinical trial processes, and experience with CTMS/EDC systems.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel 10-20%.
