VP, Clinical Development – Oncology (Solid Tumors, ADC Focus)
We’ve partnered up with an innovative, well-funded biotech developing next-generation Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) for solid tumors. They are seeking a VP, Clinical Development to lead the clinical strategy and execution as they advance their pipeline into the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead clinical development strategy for a cutting-edge oncology pipeline, with a focus on solid tumors and ADCs
? Oversee the design and execution of early- and mid-stage clinical trials
? Provide medical and scientific leadership in cross-functional teams, working closely with regulatory, translational, and commercial teams
? Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies, investigators, and external partners
? Mentor and develop the clinical team to support pipeline expansion
Ideal Candidate:
?? Board-certified oncologist with expertise in solid tumors
?? Experience leading clinical trials (Phase 1-2 preferred) in biotech or pharma
?? ADC experience is a plus, but not required
?? Strategic thinker with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
?? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
? Location: Hybrid role, requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week
