As the Manager, General Affairs, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across office management and facilities support functions. You’ll serve as the hub for internal coordination, vendor relationships, and cross-functional assistance—while leading a team of reception and temporary staff.
You’ll also support senior leaders and departments including HR, Accounting, and Medical Affairs, and play a key role in creating a collaborative, safe, and productive workplace.
Oversee daily office and facilities operations, including supplies, vendor services, mail, and maintenance.
Manage administrative programs, events, and cross-functional coordination.
Supervise reception staff and temporary personnel.
Act as Fire Warden and Notary Public (NJ preferred).
Lead budget tracking, invoicing, and general accounts payable for office-related expenses.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient office space usage and hybrid attendance.
Support HR with company-wide events and special initiatives.
BA/BS
5–7+ years of experience in office/facilities management, operations, or HR
Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS a plus.
Notary Public (NJ) preferred or willingness to obtain
