Job Overview
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our commercial operations. This position requires a strategic and customer-focused individual with a strong sense of initiative. You will oversee the product management of a cutting-edge technology for peripheral lung nodule assessment, guiding its adoption and market penetration across the U.S. with potential for international expansion. This role offers a unique chance to define the technology’s value proposition, messaging, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Product Expertise
Quickly gain in-depth knowledge of the system interface, features, and disposable specifications.
Communicate product details clearly and lead training sessions for physicians, support staff, and value analysis teams.
Confidently present our technology in high-pressure clinical environments.
New Account Targeting, Implementation, and Support
Build and strengthen relationships in line with business objectives, targeting new accounts and ensuring successful implementation.
Develop and execute strategies to drive new account adoption.
Oversee competitive trials with great attention to detail.
Events and Messaging
Identify and prioritize high-potential product investigations based on market size and customer impact.
Evaluate product concepts for customer value and pricing potential.
Navigate product trade-offs and align key stakeholders.
Represent the product at major industry societies and conferences.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong passion for working with healthcare professionals.
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in medical device product management and marketing.
Proven success in defining and managing product and market requirements for medical devices.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated ability to develop commercial and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships to craft a value-driven portfolio narrative.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior management and customers.
Self-starter with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, data analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Willing to work in surgical labs and hospital patient care areas.
Ability to travel, including potential international travel.
