Job Overview

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our commercial operations. This position requires a strategic and customer-focused individual with a strong sense of initiative. You will oversee the product management of a cutting-edge technology for peripheral lung nodule assessment, guiding its adoption and market penetration across the U.S. with potential for international expansion. This role offers a unique chance to define the technology’s value proposition, messaging, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise

  • Quickly gain in-depth knowledge of the system interface, features, and disposable specifications.

  • Communicate product details clearly and lead training sessions for physicians, support staff, and value analysis teams.

  • Confidently present our technology in high-pressure clinical environments.

New Account Targeting, Implementation, and Support

  • Build and strengthen relationships in line with business objectives, targeting new accounts and ensuring successful implementation.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new account adoption.

  • Oversee competitive trials with great attention to detail.

Events and Messaging

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential product investigations based on market size and customer impact.

  • Evaluate product concepts for customer value and pricing potential.

  • Navigate product trade-offs and align key stakeholders.

  • Represent the product at major industry societies and conferences.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong passion for working with healthcare professionals.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in medical device product management and marketing.

  • Proven success in defining and managing product and market requirements for medical devices.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop commercial and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships to craft a value-driven portfolio narrative.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior management and customers.

  • Self-starter with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, data analytics, and digital marketing tools.

  • Willing to work in surgical labs and hospital patient care areas.

  • Ability to travel, including potential international travel.
