Meet is excited to be partnered with a top client on their search for a sharp SVP or VP, Account Services to join and lead their ever-growing team! This agency is an independently owned network of companies based in PA, focused on delivering top-tier products and services in Healthcare Communications. Widely recognized for their employee centric culture, they are looking for a enthusiastic and sharp Account Services leader to join their team, playing a pivotal role in their continued success. 
 

As SVP/ VP, Account Services you will be responsible for driving strategy across your designated brands and marketing segments. This role involves cultivating strong client relationships, overseeing talent development, and driving financial growth through organic expansion and new business opportunities, while meeting key performance metrics.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a leader on all relevant account projects and oversee that materials are aligned with client objectives and expectations.
  • Leverage strategic skills for all projects, providing insight both internally and externally.
  • Establish and grow client relationships by working with both clients as well as internal teams to make sure that visons are aligned and executed successfully.
  • Oversee budgets, deadlines and efficient workflow.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff who could benefit from mentorship to grow their capabilities over the course of their career.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical advertising agency space.
  • AOR experience and extensive digital experience required.
  • HCP/ Patient experience required.
  • Rare Disease experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
