Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced MES Syncade Expert to join our team on a freelance basis. As the MES Syncade Expert, you will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of the Syncade Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role involves collaborating closely with our IT and production teams to ensure the system runs smoothly and efficiently across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation of Syncade MES across multiple sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Syncade MES to meet specific business requirements and improve manufacturing performance.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution for Syncade MES, ensuring minimal system downtime and disruption.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to internal teams on MES best practices, functionalities, and troubleshooting.
- System Upgrades & Maintenance: Oversee regular system upgrades, patching, and general system maintenance to ensure the MES is up-to-date and fully functional.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, production, and quality assurance, to ensure the MES system meets operational and compliance requirements.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and any troubleshooting steps taken for reference and compliance purposes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Syncade MES (with at least 5 years of hands-on experience).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Experience with system integration and configuration in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues promptly.
- Familiarity with SQL, Java, or other relevant programming languages for system customization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable.
