Kickstarting the new year with some exciting news – we’re proud to announce that Meet has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award.
After winning Gold for three years straight, we’ve been awarded an even higher honour, and we couldn’t be more thrilled that our commitment to providing outstanding services within the Life Sciences industry has been recognized.
Feefo is a leading customer review platform, offering 100% honest and authentic feedback from verified customers. It helps companies like us acknowledge what we’re doing right and how we could improve, while assuring readers of the quality of our services through other people’s real-life experiences.
Every year, Feefo’s Trusted Service Awards shed light on businesses that have been recognized for their outstanding service. The winners are decided based on their customer reviews and ratings, and they receive either a Trusted, Gold, Platinum or Exceptional award title.
We’re big fans of Feefo for lots of reasons. But arguably the best part is that it hugely helps with our growth as a business. By gathering feedback from real people within the Life Sciences community, we can see what we’re doing well across our global teams – but more importantly, we gain an understanding of how to do better.
With so many reviews offering insightful feedback, we can make continual improvements in how we work. We can also channel these insights to improve our Learning and Development programs, which is really important to us.
Ultimately, we love putting the voices of the people we work with at the heart of everything we do.

A Platinum Trusted Service Award is an excellent way to celebrate our six-year partnership with Feefo. After two years of consecutive Gold Awards, we’re beyond happy to hold a Platinum badge next to our name.
We always strive to perform to the best of our abilities, delivering exceptional services to those in the Life Sciences community. And along with our 4.8/5-star rating, we now have a stamp that lets our people know we always go above and beyond.
Feefo have taken on a sustainable approach that turns feedback into forests. Known as Treefo, planting projects are funded for every review a business collects.
We signed up in November 2023 and have been planting 50 trees per month through this program. That means that currently, 650 trees have since been planted – and it's all thanks to our community!
So, to all the brilliant people we’ve worked with, and everyone who’s taken the time to write us a review, we thank you.
